Michelle and Dean planned their wedding inside 6 months and apart from the cold weather, it went off without a hitch. Melbourne Wedding Photographers know how incredibly difficult it is to predict the weather even on the day itself, let alone a week out. If the plans are for an outdoor ceremony, we will discuss a back up plan for if the weather turns nasty.
And nasty it turned. It was plain old icey outside. Their original plan was for an outdoor ceremony at Tussie Mussie with marquee's and lawn games. That was canned a month or two out and moved to the Old Church Red Hill. Thankfully it's an indoor venue. The only shot that needed us to be outside was the group photo after the ceremony. With 120 people, it was the only option.
Rain came down for most of the morning so their preparation photos and their first look had to be under cover. Otherwise, the rest of the wedding was perfect.
The Epicurean Red Hill smashed it yet again with amazing food and atmosphere. Michelle and Dean had a special guest perform some opera which brought the roof down. The Epicurean Red Hill is a massive venue and his voice reached every corner!
So here goes, take a look at their wedding photos from The Old Church Red Hill and the Epicurean Red Hill.
