Adele & Ed had a few nervous moments before their beautiful wedding on Saturday. Ed’s ship was called on to transport evacuees away from the bushfires in Mallacoota but fortunately Ed was given the all clear to be married at Adele’s family property in Boneo. It has certainly been difficult to remain upbeat with so much devastation. Hopefully the love, support and funding we’re sending will go someways to help the healing.
Adele & Ed are based in Sydney to be close to the Naval base. They organised everything from Sydney with a huge effort from Adele's mum. It was a huge honour to photograph a successful local family. The Gazzolla family are highly respected and have been farming vegetables on the Mornington Peninsula for 3 generations. Two of Adele's brothers are currently working on the farm so it was great to hear a few things about life as a farmer.
Adele & Ed pulled a great bunch of suppliers together too and it was great to see the very cool Melbourne Celebrant, Nat Sproal in action nailing the ceremony and getting the day off to a beautiful start. I've crossed paths with Finesse Catering quite a few times too and it's great to see them getting busier and busier at Mornington Peninsula Weddings.
