A beautiful wedding in Byron Bay
When a friend asked me to photograph her Byron Bay wedding, I jumped at the chance! Now that my kids are a bit older, it's opened up the possibilities to photograph more destination weddings.
Their wedding was held at Belongil Bistro
with their bridal photos across the road on the sand at Belongil Beach.
Over the last few years I've covered more and more weddings outside of the Mornington Peninsula. I look at destination weddings as a chance to see and do something new as well as a chance to catch up with friends and family that I have dotted around the country.
With plans to shoot a friends wedding in Margaret River next year, my world of weddings continues to expand which is giving me great experience.

I have friends on the Gold Coast, family in Sydney, mates in WA as well as friends in London, Spain and Sweden. Free accommodation with them awaits and flights anywhere in the world are pretty cheap these days.
